Our Property Managers Get the Rent For You!

We collect the monthly rent depending on when the tenants’ lease starts. If the rent is late we make sure to notify the tenant that they must pay the rent or face legal ramifications.

If it becomes necessary to take the tenant to court, our property managers are real estate attorneys, Keenan & Austin, P.C., that provide landlord/tenant legal services (from rent collection issues, to evictions) at a reduced rate for our owners.

As rent is collected for your property, we will disburse it to you after deduction of our management fee, and any expenses, such as maintenance costs, attorney fees, insurance premiums, etc. that were incurred over the past rent period.
